The TeamWorks model
At TeamWorks* everything revolves around participatory team development. The model works with six dimensions of which four form the sturdy pillars of your team. These dimensions are directly connected to the Workitects organisation canvas.
- Result orientation. How well does the team perform?
- Working relationships. How is the interaction between team members and how is the collaboration culture?
- Personal relationships. How are team members integrated into the team?
- Decisiveness. How is authority distributed and how are decisions made?
Plus two dimensions that are contextual factors and preconditions, which determine your team's autonomy:
- Resources and support. Is the team sufficiently coached, correctly rewarded and are all information and resources available to perform the work?
- Team demarcation. Is it clear who is or isn't in the team?
