Our approach

Our approach

We approach every organisational challenge with an integral perspective. That's how we aim for a sustainable transformation in which the whole exceeds the sum of its parts. We always look at the interplay between structure and culture.

Working together on happiness at work is central, because we believe that the power of change comes from below and through co-creation.

A plan of action tailored to your needs

Every organisation is unique, so every change programme calls for its own approach. Our starting point is that only the people within an organisation can truly change that organisation. External support helps in areas where the organisation itself has less experience or capacity. We act as a partner to help you find the design logic and approach that fits best. Together we define the vision, the change conditions, a thoughtful change trajectory and the right team. That forms the basis for successful implementation.

In short: we guide programmes that sharpen both the soft aspects of the organisation (behaviour and culture) and the hard aspects (structure, processes and systems) in a coherent way. We do this through co-creation, working from shared support and alignment towards the intended goal.

Belief in growth and impact

People make organisations; organisations make people.

We believe in the power of people to shape organisations and to be shaped by them at the same time. Our enthusiasm for the potential of every individual and every enterprise is contagious.

People are the driving force behind organisations, but the context in which they work determines their performance and engagement. A shared vision, clear team goals, smart processes, agile structures, inspiring leadership and a supportive culture form the foundations of modern organisations.

These foundations form a coherent 'system'. From this holistic perspective we look at your organisational challenge: with attention to both people and organisation. We put your organisation into motion again, with a focus on growth and impact.

How do we tackle change trajectories?

How we approach change trajectories

Additional points that deserve attention:

  1. In-depth analysis: understand the deeper needs behind the change
  2. Design phase: the lead figure sketches the frame and the guidelines for the change; standstill or regression is not an option
  3. Engagement and communication: involve everyone through co-creation and communicate effectively
  4. Transition and operational continuity: keep an eye on operational functioning during the transition
  5. Closing and evaluation: close the change with recognition of success and celebrate progress

In carrying out change trajectories we apply contemporary principles (including innovative organisation (re)design, shared leadership, agile, lean, sociocracy, …) in an integral and appreciative way, building integrally on what already exists and works within the organisation.
