“Despite the diversity and complexity of the assignments across the different teams, Kris succeeded, with his calm and considered approach and by asking the right questions, in reaching clear answers and supported solutions together with the teams. The eventual output was consistently structured, clear and of high quality.”

Manager expertise centre · large public service organisation

He grew layer by layer into the whole: from customers and market through leadership, people, processes and suppliers to systems, structure and AI. That gives him insight into every domain and oversight of the whole: he assesses, decides, adjusts course and sets direction.

That is what leading a business demands, and what carries a large transformation.

He is experienced in direct line management of people, resources and budgets, up to and including full profit-and-loss accountability. He leads multidisciplinary teams in small and large international organisations, with impact on the way hundreds to several thousand employees work. The change he introduces is carried by the people who do the work, and keeps working after his departure.
