Profile

Factter stands for organisational development, human-centred digitalisation and people management. We help organisations redesign the way they work and help people collaborate better - through structure, leadership, team dynamics and digitalisation. So work flows more smoothly and people stay motivated to contribute.

Our approach is integral and evidence-based, grounded in proven principles: innovative organisation (re)design, shared leadership, team development, job design and human-centred digitalisation.

For organisations that sense they can do better, for teams ready to take more ownership, and for leaders who want to strengthen their people. Practical experience built across the private, public and healthcare sectors.

Our added value: combining broad operational expertise with commercial market focus, building and expanding lasting client relationships.

We work in an advisory, steering and operational capacity - as organisational developer and project leader of multidisciplinary teams, or in people management of teams within your organisation. Within a consultancy we take on leadership roles, as manager or end responsible with both operational and commercial objectives.
