With the card set of LeadershipGround*, the right statements are offered to feed reflection and vision-building on leadership. The exercise challenges you to define leadership clearly and encourages conscious choices at all levels.
A shared vision on leadership
What drives your leaders? How can they develop themselves and others? These questions form the core of the exercise. Statements are explored within seven dimensions of leadership: mindset, behaviour, image, mission, policy, hierarchy and development.
Together the team charts a path, with each member sharing their vision for the next two years. After the exercise there's a shared vision on leadership and a mental model that unites the team.
