The Factter frame with three stacked layers: structure, culture and undercurrent looked at together.

About Factter

Factter is a Belgian organisational development practice based in Lier, founded in 2019 by Kris Rayen. The name stands for Facilitate Teams towards Excellent Results. Factter supports organisations in organisational design, workable work, shared leadership, team development, HR(IS) transformation and process optimisation, and works in Dutch and English.

The approach is integral. Structure, culture, leadership and work experience all come to the table together - not one by one. So you get solutions that fit how your organisation actually works.

Our vision

Two people laughing while looking at something together - wellbeing and connection at work.

The demands on organisations shift fast. People work longer, expectations change, and resilience has to hold even when things get economically tight. That leaves room to organise work better.

Sustainable employability, workable work and workplace happiness are not modewords. They decide whether an organisation lasts. That is why the wellbeing of people sits at our centre.

People who feel good at work are healthier, experience less stress, are more motivated and collaborate better. That shows up in the results.
