  • The company needs to improve profitability
  • Become a low-cost production organisation that delivers top quality
  • A newly composed leadership team, whereby the noses aren’t in the same direction 

KEY OBJECTIVES

Improve financial results by: 

– focussing on a new market segment
– investing in a new packaging line
– transform the shift system
– optimising the product portfolio

  • assess the performance and potential of each individual management team member 

  • develop the functioning of the management team: align purpose and direction, learn to work together as a team and the way to interact with the rest of the organisation 

  • support the management team to decide on strategic- and operational issues, through workshop facilitation 

  • built an action plan for cultural change on the long term 

  • develop a succession plan for the whole organisation  

  • recruit and select new employees to support the newly chosen strategy
